Projects

Cultivated Magazine

Including a nameplate, cover page, feature spread, and table of contents, this magazine was inspired by my love for composting. The goal is to share my thoughts on the importance of composting aiding mental health.

Due South Magazine

As a member of Due South, the student social magazine, I take on a few stories a semester. For this spread I was the writer, photographer, and graphic designer. My passion for this story shows in hand lettered type, photo editing, and consistency within the design. I challenged myself to write the story and do that research, and am proud of the end result.

PSA Posters

Inspired by the need for change when it comes to online bullying, I created a series of emotional posters to spread an important message. It also serves as a resource for anyone who is being bullied.

Book Cover & Interior Pages

An emotional story, “The Perks of Being a Wallflower,” helps young adults grapple with mental health issues. I designed the book jacket, and interior pages utilizing paragraph and character styles. I challenged myself throughout the process — view the entire project for an in depth explanation.
